We specialize in helping clients realize wealth through property investment and assisting newcomers in finding their ideal property in Australia. As our business expands, we are seeking a highly motivated and capable full-time Property Sourcing Specialist & Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will primarily involve assisting clients and networking with agents/agencies to source suitable properties for shortlisting.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in property resourcing for home buyers and investors in Australia.
- Experience dealing with Australian sales agents.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling.
- Strong knowledge of the Australian real estate market and current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using real estate software, tools, and Office 365.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and eager to learn about the property market.
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and utilize relationships with real estate agents for off-market and pre-market properties resources
- Research, search, and deliver properties that match client briefs.
- Utilize realestate.com.au and domain.com.au to search for available properties on the market.
- Regularly liaise and build relationships with sales agents through email, social media, and phone.
- Follow up with sales agents for walkthrough videos and offer timelines.
- Conduct thorough property market analysis and compile detailed reports.
- Support the Director in an Executive Assistant role and perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling, email correspondence, and document management.
- Invoice clients and follow up on payments as needed.
- Assist in coordinating social media contents and update on company page.
- Demonstrate an understanding of agency agreements, contract exchanges, and pre-settlement procedures and be able to follow up with building and pest inspector and solicitor for the settlement process
- Maintain accurate records of property searches, client interactions, and transaction progress.
