Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role or administrative position
- High attention to detail and robust administrative skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workplace
- Positive attitude and friendly personality
- Self-motivated, driven, and ambitious
- Background in construction is preferred
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Job Responsibilities
- Manage client files throughout pre-construction, facilitating smooth operations across all departments
- Collaborate with local government departments, engineers, and professionals to generate necessary documentation for building compliance
- Provide regular progress updates to clients, fostering transparent communication
- Liaise consistently with the construction team and Factory Project Manager in Australia
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement new and enhanced workflows
- Maintain a close-knit team culture by working closely with the wider team
- Update client workflow spreadsheets and perform administrative tasks on client files
