This position is ideal for someone who has excellent English language verbal and comprehension skills, is loyal, has good temperament, decision-making and people skills and who is willing to learn and grow into mastery of the job requirements while building a long term relationship with the hiring company.
The position will appeal to someone who is outgoing, mentally flexible, self-motivated and has good design and social media skills. Knowledge of graphic design using Canva, web design and related skills are required for aspects of the job. Creativity and good temperament are very important as are good people skills

The extent of the procurement and social media responsibilities will vary based on the current imperatives in the company – so that sometimes there will be more procurement tasks and at others, more social media work.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Highly dependable and organized, demonstrating maturity, discretion, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
- Technologically literate with strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other commonly used software.
- Good internet skills, use of current e-mail programs, and group messaging.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork attributes.
- Strong ability to establish and maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with the CEO and staff and cordial relations with potential and existing suppliers, vendors, and other clients.
- Cheerful presence, good problem-solving, people, and conflict resolution skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently.
- Ability to follow directions as well as to suggest innovations.
- Skilled in establishing priorities and managing workload.
- Ability to organize and maintain a filing/document management system for electronic documents.
- Good organizational skills and record keeping (attention to detail is critical);
- A degree in a relevant field would be desirable but not essential
Job Responsibilities
- Review solicitations from clients for materials and services required to achieve their operational goals.
- Undertake timely internet and other research for the best prices for products, equipment, and services required by clients.
- Request material and freight quotes from potential suppliers and follow up as required to ensure quotes are received on a timely basis.
- Perform other procurement and related tasks as required.
- Ongoing branding of documents to support the delivery of coaching and consulting services.
- Assist in revamping a perfunctory website using provided content and recreating it in a specified template with provided content (one-time activity).
- Design templates for social media posts on various platforms.
- Undertake other related work in relation to marketing and management of the customer journey.
- Assist in maintaining and updating a website using provided content.
- Undertake creative activities relative to graphic design, content creation, social media management, social listening and email marketing.
