Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in financial planning, paraplanning, or administrative support within the financial services industry is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive financial plans, reports, and recommendations based on client needs.
- Conduct research and analysis on financial products, strategies, and market trends.
- Support financial advisors by preparing client meeting documentation and follow-up reports.
- Review and analyze client portfolios, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare and submit accurate application forms, investment instructions, and other relevant paperwork.
- Liaise with clients, product providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of plans and investments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial planning products, legislation, and industry changes.
- Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes through strategic financial planning.
- Assist in developing strategies for wealth accumulation, retirement planning, tax minimization, and estate planning.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping in line with company and industry compliance requirements.
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
