As an Operations Support Team Member at Bx, you will play a pivotal role in managing group launches, coordinating online events, providing operational support, and ensuring seamless communication within assigned regions. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a global team environment.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with CRM systems and utilizing them for business growth.
  • Proficiency in Zoom and other meeting platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while also being receptive to feedback and direction.
  • General office and administrative skills, including email management and data entry.
  • Enthusiastic attitude, problem-solving skills, and eagerness for personal and professional growth.
  • Flexible work ethic adaptable to changing environments and busy periods.
  • Proficient in Google Suite Workspace.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to staff training.
  • Familiarity with Trello, Asana, Freshdesk, Keap/Infusionsoft, Zoom, Google Suite Workplace, DynamicSync, and Eventbrite.
Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate group launches and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Manage Bx Online events, including AV support, attendance tracking, and chat management.
  • Maintain Trello boards for group operations, including guest boards, member engagement boards, member nurturing boards, and member xCite boards.
  • Facilitate new member setup and billing processes.
  • Handle helpdesk tickets and ensure timely resolution of member inquiries.
  • Generate and maintain weekly and monthly region-specific reports.
  • Attend meetings within and outside of assigned time zones, ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Coordinate venue requirements and updates efficiently.
  • Update and add new procedures to the Operations Manual, ensuring alignment with Asana tasks.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks and projects as required.
