WrkPod Dumaguete is seeking an experienced Operations Manager with 15 years of expertise to oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of our Operations Department across our sites in Dumaguete, Tanjay, Bacolod, and Cebu. This role is critical in managing operational workflows, ensuring client satisfaction, optimizing resources, and supporting the company’s rapid growth. By facilitating these tasks, the Operations Manager will enable the General Manager to focus on high-level strategy and expansion initiatives, making this position essential to WrkPod’s continued success.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations management role, ideally within the virtual assistance, BPO, or tech industry, with a strong track record of optimising operations and improving client satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, especially Docs, Presentations & Spreadsheets

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of all WrkPod sites, ensuring compliance with protocols and timely issue resolution.
  • Monitor workflow efficiency, implement process improvements, and reduce operational redundancies.
  • Act as a point of escalation for operational issues, resolving them quickly to maintain uninterrupted service.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards to ensure WrkPod meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Serve as the Operations Division’s primary liaison for key clients, in close liaison with the Customer Success Manager, ensuring WrkPod meets their needs and addresses feedback proactively.
  • Foster positive relationships by ensuring transparent communication, addressing concerns, and coordinating adjustments as needed.
  • Optimise resource allocation across sites to support operational goals and control costs.
  • Track budget adherence, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Lead, train, and support the operations team, setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
  • Conduct regular team performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and coordinate training initiatives to ensure team readiness.
  • Work closely with the GM and other internal stakeholders to plan and execute scalable operational processes.
  • Support new site launches and transitions by ensuring WrkPod’s operations can adapt to increased demand and additional client needs.
