Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Administrative Operations, Bookkeeping, or Logistics.
- Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Xero and Microsoft OneDrive.
- Education: BS in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or Civil Engineering (Licensed or Graduate).
- Communication: Excellent English verbal and written skills for direct collaboration with Australian engineers and leadership.
- Reliability: Proven track record of consistent attendance; candidates living within 10–15 minutes of the Northside office are highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Financial Mastery: Maintain accurate financial records and process invoices using Xero.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate national and international logistics, including shipments to USA 3PLs and freight forwarder relationships.
- Engineering Interpretation: Independently interpret “redlines” and engineering mark-ups for site grading or logistics levels with high accuracy.
- Premium Customer Experience: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and live chat, ensuring a premium brand experience.
- Office Management: Manage cloud filing systems (OneDrive) and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
