Operations & IT Coordinator

Job Description

The Operations & IT Coordinator is responsible for the smooth operational flow of the Northside. Reporting to the Human Resource Lead, this individual bridges the gap between administrative management and technical support. You will manage office systems, track performance KPIs, handle procurement/errands, and ensure the company’s IT infrastructure and data security are maintained. This role is ideal for a “humbly confident” professional who thrives in a fun, team-oriented environment powered by the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or an IT-related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in an administrative/report support role AND at least 1 year of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or systems administration.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and functions.
  • IT Knowledge: Solid understanding of networking, user access management, endpoint security, and help desk platforms.
  • Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong ethical standards, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the physical ability to perform outside office errands.
  • Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA A+, Network+, or relevant Office Administration credentials.
Job Responsibilities
  • IT & Software Management: Troubleshoot technical issues; manage user credentials for Asana, Tropa, and Email; and ensure data security/compliance.
  • Reporting & Data Governance: Collect and maintain organizational data to generate Daily Attendance, Weekly Leave, Equipment Inventory, and Performance/Attrition reports.
  • Office Operations: Manage inventory and procurement; conduct supplier canvassing; and handle physical document filing and digital record keeping.
  • Administrative Coordination: Run external errands (government agencies, banks, vendors), process permits/licenses, and manage calendars for meetings and performance reviews.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track company and client KPIs, identify operational bottlenecks, and support management with data-driven insights for Business Reviews.
  • Asset Management: Coordinate the release and retrieval of company equipment, ensuring all Accountability Forms and security agreements are signed and filed.
