As our Offshore Sales Manager, you will own the front-end sales process—from lead generation and qualification to pipeline management and sales reporting—while working directly with the CEO (Australia) to drive growth.
This is not just about handling leads; it’s about building a scalable, high-performance sales engine. You will be expected to develop and lead a small offshore sales team, optimise our CRM, and execute outreach strategies that convert premium clients.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Fluent English – Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in premium services or corporate events.
- Proven track record in pipeline management and sales team coordination.
- Strong skills in Google Workspace and CRM platforms (ActiveCampaign experience highly desirable).
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and business networking strategies.
- Familiarity with Teamwork.com or similar task/project management tools.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to spot opportunities and close deals.
Job Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Pipeline Management:
● Take full ownership of the sales pipeline in ActiveCampaign, ensuring all deals, contacts, and tasks are up to date.
● Proactively identify, qualify, and nurture leads via LinkedIn, database reactivation, cold outreach, and referrals.
● Support CEO in managing inbound enquiries, ensuring rapid and professional follow-up.
● Build and maintain a partnership and referral program to expand sales reach.
● Identify decision-makers in corporate audiences prior to keynotes and follow through on post-event client engagement strategies. - Team Development & Training:
● Recruit, onboard, and mentor additional offshore sales support staff as the team scales.
● Set clear KPIs for offshore sales support staff and ensure performance tracking and
accountability. - Proposals & Client Engagement:
● Work with the CEO to prepare and customise premium proposals.
● Liaise with marketing for design enhancements and branding consistency.
● Ensure proposals reflect our premium positioning and client value proposition. - Campaign & Marketing Integration:
● Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute social media campaigns, email
marketing campaigns, and website lead magnet optimisation.
● Use data insights to refine campaigns for maximum lead conversion. - Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
● Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for CEO review.
● Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and propose actionable solutions.
● Use CRM analytics to forecast sales performance and track against revenue targets.
