Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Language: Exceptional English proficiency (written and verbal) is mandatory for high-level customer correspondence.
- Availability: Must be able to work strictly during Sydney business hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm AEST).
- Tech-Ready: A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
- Communication: Comfortable and confident liaising with an Australian-based team via phone, instant messaging, and video calls.
- Education/Experience: Previous experience in claims, insurance, or high-level administration is a plus, but we prioritize a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Experience working with Australians is preferred but not essential.
- Managed email correspondence and ensured accurate, prompt responses.
Job Responsibilities
- Claims Management: Lodge, triage, and proactively manage insurance restoration claims from start to finish.
- Customer Support: Respond to inquiries with genuine empathy, managing both inbound and outbound calls with insurers, suppliers, and contractors.
- Coordination: Schedule restoration jobs, coordinate technician appointments, and provide administrative support to the field team.
- Documentation: Complete restoration reports, quotations, and “Scope of Works” templates with high accuracy.
- Data Entry: Maintain Excel/Google Sheets for contents lists and other administrative tracking.
- Growth Support: Assist with business development by researching and applying for workplace panels during downtime.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain professional relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
