Job Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain digital files in relevant Google Drive folders.
- Update VITAMAN’s promotional calendar with upcoming events and campaigns.
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics.
- Conduct research on competitors and industry trends to identify potential target audiences.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
- Respond to customer inquiries through email and online chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Update product information and pages on the Shopify platform.
- Assist with database management tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize digital tools such as Gmail, Shopify, Canva, Klaviyo, Later, Chat GPT, And Click Up to streamline operations and improve productivity.
