As a Mortgage Broking support, you will support behind the scenes for an Australian mortgage broking business, making sure the entire lending process runs smoothly from start to finish.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- A degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
- At least 1 year experience in mortgage broking support or a similar
lending/admin role. - Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working with CRMs, loan systems, and Apply Online is a huge advantage.
- A proactive problem-solver who can chase, follow up, and stay ahead.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals.
- Strong organisational skills & confidence managing multiple tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Confirm all required supporting documents are complete and correct.
- Populate loan application forms and complete Apply Online.
- Follow up with lenders to ensure timely progress.
- Request, review, collect, & ff up on client documents (IDs, payslips, bank statements, etc.)
- Order property valuations and monitor booking/completion status.
- Complete pricing requests with lenders as directed by the broker.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure client files are up to data & in line with compliance standards.
- Prepare basic compliance documents (consent forms, disclosures).
