You will be responsible for responding to inquiries via telephone and email, handling outbound calls to both potential and existing customers and processing membership applications and renewals. A proactive problem solver with excellent organizational and communication skills, you will anticipate and address potential issues before they escalate, ensuring a seamless experience for our members.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proficiency in Mac OS, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and internet research tools.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar CRM platforms preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Flexible schedule with a willingness to go the extra mile to support team goals.
  • Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high standards of data accuracy and reliability.
Job Responsibilities
  • Respond to telephone and email inquiries from members in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to address inquiries and promote membership benefits.
  • Process new membership applications and renewals with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Utilize Mac OS and HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM platforms) to manage member information and track interactions.
  • Conduct internet research to validate member inquiries and ensure accurate information.
  • Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong data entry and management skills to maintain accurate member records.
  • Utilize Internet payment systems such as Stripe and PayPal to process membership payments.
  • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and exceed targets.
