Media Buyer

Job Description

Join Growthify and drive high-performance paid advertising campaigns for leading Australian ecommerce brands. We’re looking for a skilled Media Buyer to own campaign strategy and execution across Meta and Google platforms, working directly with our founders in a small, collaborative team environment.

Growthify is a results-driven digital agency specializing in Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads for Australian ecommerce and business clients. You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns that deliver measurable ROAS and drive real business growth. Working closely with our creative team and account strategist, you’ll have full ownership of campaign performance and direct input into media strategy.

This isn’t a client-facing role—you’ll focus on execution, optimization, and strategic testing while collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional results for 10 active client accounts.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on media buying experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads in an Agency.
  • Proven track record of managing profitable campaigns and achieving ROAS targets.
  • Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
  • Advanced understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, and budget optimization strategies.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and data analysis.
  • Ability to write persuasive ad copy and interpret performance data to inform creative direction.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions quickly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns
    simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency environment.
Job Responsibilities
  • Plan, build, and launch Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns focused on ecommerce performance and conversion optimization.
  • Manage campaign budgets strategically, scaling profitable campaigns and optimizing underperforming ones based on ROAS and CPA targets.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience testing, and write compelling ad copy that drives clicks and conversions.
  • Execute structured creative testing (angles, formats, audiences) to combat ad fatigue and maintain campaign performance.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze data, and make proactive
    optimization decisions.
  • Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking, ensuring accurate data flow and reliable reporting.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brief new ad concepts and request additional assets based on performance insights.
  • Produce clear, data-driven reports on campaign performance, ROAS, CPA, and strategic recommendations.
  • Work directly with Australian founders on media strategy and campaign direction.
