The Marketing Systems & Automation Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining and optimising the back-end infrastructure that powers our digital marketing efforts. This includes the ongoing management of CRM platforms, building and maintaining automated workflows, managing data integrity, setting up and executing email campaigns, and ensuring our digital tools work seamlessly to support business development.
This is a mid to senior-level role suited to someone with a structured, detail-oriented mindset and a strong grasp of marketing technology. The ideal candidate will be comfortable behind the scenes— building, maintaining, and optimising systems that enhance operational efficiency, data quality, and campaign performance.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing operations, CRM, or digital support role.
- Strong technical understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience in setting up automated workflows, email campaign systems, and platform integrations.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools, marketing automation, and performance tracking.
- Basic understanding of website management and SEO principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and process-driven thinking.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and troubleshoot system issues.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and integrity of CRM systems, ensuring data is accurate, properly segmented, and up-to-date.
- Build and manage automated workflows, pipelines, and integrations between marketing and operational systems.
- Develop and execute targeted email campaigns, including list management, segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Set up and maintain marketing automation processes to support lead nurturing and engagement.
- Maintain and update digital assets including the company website and third-party platforms.
- Monitor digital marketing systems for performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and liaise with support providers when needed.
- Support internal teams by providing training and documentation on CRM and marketing tools.
- Assist in the research and implementation of new marketing technologies or process improvements.
- Provide regular reports and dashboards on campaign and platform performance using analytics tools.
- Ensure compliance with data and privacy regulations across marketing platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing operations align with overall business objectives.
- Assist with the technical setup of new marketing initiatives and referrer campaigns.
