Job Qualifications/Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Familiar with digital tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, analytics dashboards, and WordPress.
- Able to manage multiple projects and communicate clearly with creative and technical partners.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset — you take initiative and make things happen.
Bonus:
● Experience working with small businesses or startups.
● Knowledge of SEO or paid ad platforms (basic to intermediate).
● Understanding of branding and visual identity principles.
Job Responsibilities
- Content & Campaign Coordination:
● Support the development and rollout of marketing campaigns across digital and print channels.
● Write and edit short-form content for social media, email, and basic website updates.
● Work with designers, copywriters, and videographers to produce engaging marketing materials.
● Maintain a consistent tone and visual style across all brand touchpoints. - Digital Marketing:
● Coordinate paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google) with support from external partners.
● Monitor campaign results, prepare basic performance reports, and suggest areas for improvement.
● Update and manage website content (WordPress) with new pages, blogs, and announcements.
● Assist with SEO-related tasks such as content tagging, keyword usage, and collaboration with SEO contractors. - Brand Support:
● Help maintain brand consistency across digital and print materials.
● Manage marketing collateral such as brochures, social graphics, and email templates.
● Contribute to creative brainstorming and help translate ideas into actionable marketing activities. - Collaboration & Communication:
● Work closely with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
● Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers for ad management, creative work, or technical updates.
● Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
