The Marketing & Social Media Copywriter will play a key role in developing engaging, educational, and highimpact content across our digital channels. With a strong foundation in research and copywriting, this role is responsible for creating SEO-informed content, managing social media messaging, and supporting marketing initiatives with clear and consistent communication that reflects our brand and values.

You will become a valuable member of a collaborative and creative marketing team, contributing to a growing brand with purpose and reach in the healthcare sector.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • 3+ years’ experience in SEO, content marketing research, and digital copywriting roles.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from data and educational reports.
  • Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills, with a portfolio that shows versatility and impact.
  • Experience with CMS platforms and social media scheduling tools such as SocialPilot, HubSpot, or similar.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with a marketing team, as well as the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct healthcare data research to write educational blogs and reference relevant sources.
  • Translate research insights into compelling strategies that shape how we communicate across platforms.
  • Write detailed and high-quality SEO content — including keyword research, metadata, internal linking, and on-page optimisation as provided by management.
  • Analyse written content to create multiple caption options for different advertising platforms.
  • Extract and re-write content for our product brochures.
  • Write and optimise engaging, audience-specific copy for the website, blog, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
  • Create engaging content to grow social media.
  • Set up social media draft posts in our scheduling program.
  • Execute a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, operations) to ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging.
  • Stay current with digital marketing and healthcare industry trends to identify new content opportunities.
