Marketing & Recruitment Generalist

Job Description

The Marketing & Recruitment Generalist plays a dual role in driving WrkPod’s talent acquisition and marketing/brand visibility efforts. This position manages the end-to-end recruitment cycle for international client placements while also delivering marketing initiatives that strengthen WrkPod’s employer brand, client acquisition efforts, and candidate pipelines.

The role requires coordination with recruitment leadership, marketing leadership, site administration officers, and client stakeholders to ensure high-quality recruitment results and impactful marketing campaigns.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years combined experience in marketing and recruitment, preferably in BPO-BPM/remote staffing.
  • Proficiency in ATS, HRIS, digital marketing tools (social media management, email campaigns, Canva, etc.), and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Strong sourcing, interviewing, and talent evaluation skills.
  • Marketing Creativity: Content creation, campaign execution, and digital brand management.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Organisation & Time Management: Ability to balance recruitment and marketing priorities effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive, analytical thinker with strong decision-making skills.
  • Confidentiality: High level of discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Collaboration: Team-oriented mindset with capacity to work across multiple reporting lines.
Job Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
    ● Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
    ● Maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple job categories for international clients.
    ● Coordinate with site administration for candidate hosting, scheduling, and campus-based recruitment activities.
    ● Prepare recruitment-related reports and metrics for management and clients.
  • Marketing & Branding:
    ● Execute marketing campaigns to promote WrkPod’s services, employer brand, and recruitment opportunities.
    ● Create content (social media, job posts, newsletters, event collateral) to attract both candidates and clients.
    ● Manage WrkPod’s online presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, website, and job platforms.
    ● Collaborate with Marketing Manager on employer branding and lead generation strategies.
    ● Support design, promotion, and delivery of recruitment events, job fairs, and client campaigns.
  • Employee & Candidate Engagement:
    ● Assist in organising engagement initiatives that strengthen WrkPod’s culture and retention.
    ● Support marketing of employee recognition events, new site openings, and community engagement activities.
    ● Act as a point of contact for candidate and employee queries related to recruitment and branding initiatives.
  • Orientation & Offboarding Support:
    ● Conduct and support onboarding/orientation sessions for new hires with a strong brand experience.
    ● Provide marketing support for internal communications and engagement materials.
    ● Facilitate exit interviews and offboarding communications when required.
  • Compliance & Systems:
    ● Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Philippine labour laws and WrkPod policies.
    ● Maintain accurate data within ATS, HRIS, and CRM/marketing systems.
    ● Support reporting and audits on recruitment and marketing performance.
  • Cross-Site Collaboration:
    ● Work closely with Iloilo Assistant Site Administration Officer, and indirectly with Negros Occidental & Panay Site Administration Officer, to align recruitment and marketing efforts with site operations.
    ● Provide coordination support across Iloilo, Bacolod, and Panay campuses for marketing and recruitment initiatives.
  • Ad Hoc Duties:
    ● Assist with special marketing and recruitment projects as directed by Marketing Manager and Recruitment Manager.
    ● Perform other duties as assigned by management.
