Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
  • Track tasks and keep on top of deadlines
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant working with a coach or consultant in a service based business.
  • Confident in using Kajabi platform or similar platforms (WordPress, Learndash, clickfunnels, go high level, thinkific,…)
  • Tech savvy and welling to learn
  • Good with Canva
  • Familiar using Linkedin
  • Experience in managing memberships and working with online courses
  • Experience working with online community using face book groups, Mighty networks , or Circle.so (would be extremely advantageous)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com, to track progress and ensure project success.
  • Someone who is mature, cares, organised, willing to learn, and communicates well
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Cares and considers the business as their own
  • Excellent English reading, speaking and writing
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
  • Courageous and not afraid to share their opinions
Job Responsibilities
  • Perform Kajabi tasks (funnels building, events, upload courses, CRM emails…) in line with client SOPs. Kajabi or similar platforms like (WordPress, Learndash, clickfunnels, go high level, thinkific,…)
  • Knowledge of CRM systems such as active campaign or convert kit, Go high level in sending campaigns, using lists and tags
  • Coordinate projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Use Canva for simple graphic design
  • Good knowledge of LinkedIn and handling messages, campaigns, post-scheduling and engagement
  • Perform social media post scheduling and engagement and upload videos
  • Help create SOPs (Standard operating procedures for tasks)
  • Highly advantageous: done community management and members management with platforms like Facebook groups, mighty networks of Circle.so
  • Using of Vimeo and Dropbox
  • Manage blogs posting, and podcasts episodes to enhance online presence and engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Organize and prioritise tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Excellent organisation skills, so there are no surprises or anything missed
  • Confident using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
