We’re looking for a reliable and resourceful Marketing & E-commerce Support Specialist to join our growing team at My Jewellery Shop — an award-winning, family-owned Australian fine jewellery business with a strong digital presence.
This is a long-term, full-time role suited to someone based in the Philippines who is proactive, organised, and passionate about supporting digital marketing and e-commerce operations.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Based in the Philippines with stable internet and strong communication skills.
- Previous experience supporting marketing or e-commerce teams (especially Shopify & Google Ads).
- Proficient in Canva or basic graphic tools.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive team.
Job Responsibilities
- E-commerce Specialist Tasks:
● Support product uploads, collection updates, and stock management on Shopify.
● Ensure website product listings are SEO-optimised and consistently formatted.
● Assist with promotional updates, landing pages, and seasonal campaigns. - Google Ads Support:
● Assist in managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns.
● Update ad creatives and product feeds.
● Provide basic reporting and keyword tracking. - Admin & Organisation:
● Assist with daily marketing admin tasks and internal project organisation (Asana).
● Maintain digital folders, update team trackers, and schedule content calendars.
● Provide email, EDM, and customer list support (Klaviyo). - Basic Graphic Design:
● Create and resize graphics for social media, email, and web (using Canva or similar).
● Assist with photo formatting for product listings.
