We’re an Australian family-owned business that manufactures high-quality products for the caravan and trade industries. Our products are sold online and through retail outlets, and we’re currently in an exciting phase of rapid growth.
We’re looking for a passionate, creative, and driven individual to join our small, agile team. This is a diverse role with a strong emphasis on marketing & customer engagement. You’ll work closely with our GM in Australia and our existing professionals, gaining exposure to multiple areas of the business.
In a small team, flexibility is key — we wear many hats, support each other where needed, and thrive on challenges. If you’re the type of person who loves using and improving their skills, you will have plenty of opportunities to expand in this role. While you are part of a dynamic team, you also need to be self-driven and able to stay motivated and focused when working solo on a project.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ideas person and keen problem solver.
- A good eye for visually appealing graphics and engaging video content.
- Competency with content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
- Ability to use AI tools to improve workflow and productivity.
- Solid social media knowledge and enthusiasm for online engagement.
- Comfortable analysing and presenting data.
Job Responsibilities
- Customer Service Support:
● Respond to customer enquiries across phone, email and social media.
● Provide product recommendations and after-sales support, including warranty claims.
● Identify common customer pain points and feed this insight into marketing content (FAQs, how-to videos, etc.).
● Work with operations/admin teams to ensure smooth resolutions. - Social Media Management:
● Plan, write, and schedule social media content across all platforms.
● Engage with followers, reply to comments/messages.
● Collaborate with our internal team to produce engaging content (photo/video).
● Monitor trends to ensure our content stays relevant and engaging. - Digital Marketing:
● Assist in content creation – social graphics, short-form video planning and editing.
● Stay on top of marketing trends and recommend fresh ideas. - Analytics & Reporting:
● Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo (or similar) to track performance.
● Identify what’s working and where we can improve.
● Present data and insights to the GM in a clear, actionable way.
