This is an execution focused role – campaign direction, topics, brand guidelines, and priorities will be provided by the marketing team.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in social media, content writing, or digital marketing.
- Strong English writing and editing skills for blogs, newsletters, emails, and social media captions.
- Experience managing social media accounts, scheduling content and engaging with online communities.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, GHL or similar.
- Familiarity with AI tools (eg: ChatGPT) to support content creation and workflow efficiency.
- Confident using project management tools, such as Clickup, Asana.
- Basic understanding of SEO and ability to apply best practices in blog writing.
- Bonus skills but not essential:
● Experience with graphic design such as Canva.
● Exposure to paid advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
● Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta reporting).
Job Responsibilities
- Create and schedule social media captions across platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Coordinate with graphic designer to ensure content and campaigns are aligned.
- Assist with formatting and publishing short-form video content (Reels, Stories).
- Write SEO-optimised blog posts based on supplied briefs.
- Assist in writing and building email campaigns and newsletters.
- Upload content, manage lists, schedule email campaigns, and conduct basic A/B testing.
- Support simple automation workflows for lead nurturing and follow-ups.
- Maintain marketing calendars and CRM records.
- Track key performance metrics and compile reports across social, content, and email campaigns.
- Follow established workflows to ensure quality and consistency.
- Work closely with marketing, design, and management teams to support overall business goals.
