Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a marketing/social media related roles
- Familiarity/proficiency with MS suite and Canva
- A keen creative eye and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high quality work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- A passion for staying up-to-date with marketing trends and emerging technologies
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow within the company
Job Responsibilities
- Updating website with product and event details
- Building eDMs in Ontraport
- Working with sponsors/brands to chase their creative
- Producing post-campaign reports
- Researching potential sponsors and speakers for the company
- Replying to sales enquiries from website
- Developing sponsor and event agreements and liaising with client to sign
- Assisting with inbox management and replying in a timely manner
- Assist in creating compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, emails, and more.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to develop visually appealing materials, such as banners, infographics, power points, and digital ads.
- Conduct research to potential sponsors and making sure client leaves a
- Google review for company exposure
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including tracking timelines and tasks.
- Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in creating and sending email marketing campaigns, including list management and A/B testing.
- Help coordinate and promote company events, webinars, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, to ensure marketing initiatives align with company objectives.
