Job Qualifications/Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (Ideally is also taking a Master’s degree in the said field).
- Minimum of 3 years in a senior marketing role with a strong emphasis on content coordination and execution.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with experience creating engaging content for various channels (social, blog, brochures, PR).
- Proven experience in task execution, project coordination, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for materials collation and proofreading.
- Solid understanding of CRM administration and audience segmentation strategies.
- Familiarity with merchandise stock management processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work independently in an off-site capacity while maintaining regular communication with the team.
Job Responsibilities
- Set up, schedule, and manage social media posts via HubSpot to ensure consistent brand visibility and engagement.
- Write/create compelling copy / layouts for blogs, social media, brochures, PR releases, and other marketing materials such as CLARA.
- Execute marketing tasks and ensure timely delivery of initiatives as per project timelines.
- Gather, organize and create a detailed brief & materials for use by the Graphic Designer and Digital Designer to support creative output, based on the brief raised by management.
- Administer the CRM system and manage audience segmentation and data accuracy to optimize marketing efforts.
- Oversee merchandise stock ordering, ensuring timely replenishment and alignment with promotional needs.
- Coordinate content creation, ensuring alignment with brand voice, strategy, and objectives.
- Perform proofreading and quality control of marketing materials to uphold content accuracy and quality.
- Provide support for PR and media activities, including event planning, media releases, and media liaison.
- Undertake any other tasks as requested by management to support the business’s marketing and operational objectives.
