Marketing Content Creator

Job Description

The Marketing Content Creator is an integral part of TCMM and is responsible for planning, maintaining creating, posting and sending various marketing and branding content to stakeholders. The Marketing Content Creator can also be the first point of contact for various stakeholders. It is expected that the Marketing Content Creator will provide ad-hoc assistance to clients and other stakeholders through various communications channels. The Marketing Content Creator will also perform a wide variety of administrative tasks to facilitate the smooth daily operation of TCMM.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in marketing, branding, sales and/or social media.
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Discretion and commitment to confidential management of information
  • Have a passion for health and well-being
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in customer services role
  • Proven track record in a similar role
  • Strong administration, organisational and communication skills
  • Proficient in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems
  • Experience in rostering (desirable)
  • Prior experience with managing website and posting blogs.
  • Prior experience in writing articles or newsletters.
  • Prior experience with managing business google accounts.
  • Prior experience with social medial platforms and content creation platforms (e.g. Canva).
  • Act in accordance with OHS legislation and workplace health and safety policies at all times.
Job Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and customers through in-bound and out-bound communication, including phone calls, emails, and text messages.
  • Respond to referral and general inquiries, manage client birthday cards and welcome letters, and conduct feedback calls for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate within the support office to deliver excellent customer service, updating new team member kits and managing employee birthday cards and gifts.
  • Distribute promotional flyers and manage stationery orders as required.
  • Create and manage the marketing/branding strategy and content schedule, maintaining and updating the TCMM website with blog posts at least once per fortnight.
  • Plan, create, and distribute the TCMM staff newsletter weekly and produce daily social media content.
  • Monitor the TCMM Google account, respond to reviews, and participate in planning and executing marketing and branding projects.
  • Perform additional duties as required by TCMM managers and contribute to achieving TCMM’s strategy through participation in special initiatives.
  • Build skills and capabilities for self and others while complying with TCMM policies and demonstrating behaviors aligned with the organization’s values of Commitment, Respect, Service, Trust, and Care.
