Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Marketing Content Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have excellent social media marketing skills, and possess basic video and audio editing capabilities. While copywriting or graphic design skills are a plus, they are not mandatory.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing, content creation, or social media management role.
  • Experience with publishing and optimizing content on various social media platforms.
  • Basic experience in video and audio editing.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Google) for marketing purposes.
  • Basic skills in video and audio editing software.
  • Ability to analyze content performance metrics and report on findings.
  • Understanding of brand consistency and experience maintaining brand guidelines across various platforms.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
Job Responsibilities
  • Publish, optimize, and syndicate 1-2 articles per week (written by others) and 1 podcast per week (produced and edited by others).
  • Create and schedule 6+ social media posts per week across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and Google.
  • Monitor platforms for comments and questions, responding as appropriate.
  • Maintain a list of FAQs for content-related queries.
  • Schedule podcast guests and seek opportunities for our team to be featured on other podcasts.
  • Report on the analytics of our content and identify opportunities for repurposing.
  • Monitor registration numbers for webinars and lead magnet funnels, providing detailed reports.
  • Report on the results of marketing campaigns, including registrations, attendees, call bookings, and sales.
  • Monitor and improve the effectiveness of our marketing funnels.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all platforms according to our brand guideline document.
  • Maintain a register of brand assets, including videos, photos, and guides.
  • Regularly update cover images for our Facebook groups and other platforms.
  • Ensure our website and platforms are current and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Monitor the performance of our event manager for the Annual Conference, Quarterly Networking Event, and Quarterly Boardroom for our Mastermind.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies for in-house events according to documented systems.
  • Create necessary collateral for events and ensure recordings are edited and uploaded to our online portal.
  • Create and update systems for all tasks performed in your role to maintain a comprehensive suite of operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure roles are interchangeable and provide assistance as required.
  • Support the marketing team by providing requested assets and updating post-webinar funnels according to instructions.
