Job Description
This role is primarily focused on supporting the General Manager, with a heavy emphasis on marketing and customer communications.
You will:
- Assist in executing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Help grow our online presence through social media and email marketing.
- Respond to and engage with customers across different platforms.
- Support the GM with day-to-day admin and project coordination tasks.
You’ll be encouraged to contribute ideas, test new approaches, and help shape how we connect with our audience.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ideas person and keen problem solver.
- A good eye for visually appealing graphics and engaging video content.
- Competency with content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
- Ability to use AI tools to improve workflow and productivity.
- Good understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
- Solid social media knowledge and enthusiasm for online engagement.
- Comfortable analysing and presenting data.
Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries across email, social media, and our website.
- Provide product recommendations and after-sales support, including warranty claims.
- Identify common customer pain points and feed this insight into marketing content (FAQs, how-to videos, etc.).
- Plan, write, and schedule social media content across all platforms.
- Engage with followers, reply to comments/messages, and build relationships with creators and influencers in our industry.
- Collaborate with our internal team to produce engaging content (photo/video).
- Monitor trends to ensure our content stays relevant and engaging.
- Create and send regular marketing emails to our subscriber base.
- Write compelling copy and design visually appealing templates.
- Manage lists and segments for more targeted messaging.
- Report on campaign performance and tweak accordingly.
- Execute and optimise paid Facebook ad campaigns (with some support from our agency).
- Assist in content creation – social graphics, short-form video planning and editing.
- Monitor and analyse ad performance, providing regular reports.
- Stay on top of marketing trends and recommend fresh ideas.
- Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Klaviyo (or similar) to track performance.
- Identify what’s working and where we can improve.
- Present data and insights to the GM in a clear, actionable way.
