Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with Go High Level (GHL) and Meta Business Suite.
- Design Excellence: A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work in Canva (and preferably video editing in Capcut).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal English skills, with experience in Customer Service, Appointment Setting, or Cold Calling.
- Attention to Detail: An extreme focus on consistency and accuracy—essential for managing complex automated workflows.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree holder.
Job Responsibilities
- Creative Content Creation: Use Canva to design visually stunning graphics for social media, email marketing, and digital ads that align strictly with brand guidelines.
- CRM & Automation Management: Set up and optimize Go High Level (GHL) accounts, creating automated workflows for lead nurturing, email/SMS follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
- Meta Ads Workflow Design: Implement automated systems to capture leads from Facebook and Instagram campaigns and integrate them seamlessly with the CRM.
- Outreach & Onboarding: Confidently make outbound phone calls to book leads into sales appointments and facilitate professional client onboarding sessions via Zoom.
- Data Integrity: Manage student/client data, ensuring accuracy in enrollment, performance tracking, and campaign reporting.
