We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting various marketing activities across multiple channels. From assisting with campaign planning to executing social media strategies, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, ensuring that our clients receive the best service possible.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
  • A passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and grow in the field.
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies.
  • Coordinate and execute social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, including graphics, presentations, and promotional items.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, file management, and client communication.
