Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and administrative tasks. This role involves managing digital marketing activities, coordinating with external partners, maintaining marketing databases, and assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and eager to contribute to the company’s growth.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience working as a Marketing Assistant.
  • Require prior marketing experience and university qualification in Marketing.
  • Proficient in using WordPress, LinkedIn, Facebook, and HubSpot.
  • Provides comprehensive marketing and administrative support — from creating and scheduling social media and email campaigns, to sourcing prospective client contacts and managing the HubSpot CRM.
  • Works closely with SEO specialists, prepares printed collateral, updates the company website, and assists in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Open to training and willing to learn.
  • A university degree in Marketing or related fields is preferred but not required.
  • Open to candidates from other courses or without a formal degree, as long as they have the required work experience.
Job Responsibilities
  • Create content & schedule two (2) Linkedin and two (2) Facebook posts per month.
  • Research LinkedIn contacts and invite 250 people per month to follow company page.
  • Join meetings and work with/assist in managing Australian based SEO company that is working on our website.
  • Get 250 x target client contact information from Linkedin/Lusha per month (phone number, emails etc) and enter into Hubspot database.
  • Create content and send one (1) Email blast to Database each month from Hubspot.
  • Organise database/printing and sending of 250 physical Letters & brochures to clients each month.
  • Develop & print a pack of collateral for our in person meetings.
  • Participate in marketing strategy & development meetings.
  • Update WordPress website as required.
  • General marketing/virtual assistance as required.
