Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with Magento, Canva, Promo Republic, Mad Mimi, and Moosend.
- Strong understanding of SEO and email marketing.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Must have a strong creative flair with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and content.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software is a plus.
- Understanding of brand story and brand voice.
Job Responsibilities
- Regularly upload new products to our Magento website, ensuring accurate and detailed product listings.
- Implement SEO strategies during product setup and continually optimize existing listings to improve search rankings.
- Source product images and information from suppliers, edit, resize, and watermark images for website use.
- Manage wholesale assets and education pages.
- Research, find, approve and set up new wholesale customers.
- Use Canva to create images for Instagram and Facebook posts, either from templates or by designing new ones.
- Schedule posts through Promo Republic to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Google My Business, Tiktok
- Utilize text blaze shortcuts for hashtags, research additional appropriate hashtags for each post.
- Monitor and manage Facebook shops, fixing any feed errors from the Magento website, and sort products into appropriate categories.
- Write outlines for newsletters based on supplied schedule ready for proofing and weekly release. Use Mad Mimi and Moosend for email marketing, lead generation and automations.
- Create Facebook events, products on the website, and marketing images in Canva for new events. Implement event and new product launches.
- Monitor and manage the ‘help’ email address
