Marketing Assistant

Job Description

As a Marketing Assistant at Fertilityconnectz, you will play an essential role in supporting our marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the founder to discuss and create the marketing strategy and implement the various aspects of marketing initiatives including social media. Your fresh ideas and creative solutions are a natural skill that you bring into the company.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong creative thinking and an eye for design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great understanding of marketing strategies and social media.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual team environment.
  • Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with marketing trends and emerging technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Gsuite
Job Responsibilities
  • Create the 2024 marketing strategy for Fertilityconnectz to increase its positioning and grow the online audience (no. of participants in online trainings, followers in social media & podcasts, an increase of requests for speaker engagements, etc.)
  • Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, and emails.
  • Develop visually appealing materials, such as banners, infographics, and digital ads.
  • Contribute to managing social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and tracking performance.
  • Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and potential target audiences.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including tracking timelines and tasks.
  • Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Assist in creating and sending email marketing campaigns, including list management and A/B testing.
  • Help coordinate and promote company events, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and design, to ensure marketing initiatives align with company objectives.
  • Website: make amendments, create simple additional pages where necessary
  • TikTok videos: edit and finalize videos for social media release
  • Write articles for blog and social media posts
  • SEO: manage SEO for our websites
  • Create visual posts for social media (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Tiktok)
