The Marketing Assistant is dynamic and creative. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimising digital marketing strategies while producing engaging content that enhances TCMM’s brand presence, drives audience engagement, and generates leads. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic marketing skills and hands-on content creation expertise across multiple platforms. Furthermore, the Marketing Assistant will be required to work closely with the Operations Manager, Partnership Officer and TCMM Directors to achieve business objectives.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor level qualification in Marketing, Media Communications, Business or similar (essential).
- Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation (portfolio or examples required).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proven ability to develop and execute a marketing plan and/or social media calendar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional storytelling copywriting that captivates and converts.
- A creative powerhouse with strong skills in WordPress/Elementor, Canva, Mailchimp (EDM), Meta Business Suite and major social media platforms (essential).
- Ability to create engaging video, graphic, and written content.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc).
- Proven fast learner of new IT software/platforms.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and meticulous, with an innate understanding of aesthetics.
- Result-driven, with proven track records of delivering against targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent communication.
- Detail-orientated with a proactive, adaptable mindset.
Job Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy & Business Development:
● Participate in devising and strategizing marketing and business development plan with Operations Manager, Partnership Officer & TCMM Directors.
● Research, collect, analyze and present relevant data/information to guide the strategizing process with TCMM Directors.
● Collaborate with TCMM Directorsto align marketing initiatives with business goals.
● Conduct keyword research, optimise content for SEO, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
● Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and report on KPIs.
● Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives through digital campaigns.
● Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and digital best practices.
● Maintain up-to-date CRM system (VisualCare & Mailchimp). - Marketing & Content Creation (Print & Digital):
● Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, paid advertising).
● Plan and create engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms(WordPress/Elementor).
● Manage company’s social media presence and community engagement (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn).
● Create short-form and long-form video content for digital platforms.
● Create, deliver and manage customer journeys and marketing automation with MailChimp (EDM).
● Design graphics, promotional assets, and digital collateral using creative tools (Canva).
● Create, update, print and manage TCMM print marketing material for events (including letters to clients & providers). - Education & Training:
● Provide, develop and deliver ongoing education and training for internal team members on matters concerning marketing and content creation as required. - General:
● Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by the Directors from time to time.
● Contribute to the achievement of the TCMM strategy through participation in special initiatives and programs.
● Build the skills and capabilities of self and others.
● Comply with TCMM policies and procedures at all times.
