We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our Academic Group marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a marketing degree or equivalent qualification, along with previous exposure to the media or marketing industry. While a minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred, candidates with a strong skill set and passion for marketing will also be considered.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Marketing degree or equivalent qualification.
- Previous exposure to the media or marketing industry.
- Proficiency in Excel and marketing software.
- Familiarity with digital software platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Indesign, Premier, Photoshop, and XD, is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing role is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with the marketing coordinator to execute marketing tasks for the Academic Group.
- Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Support digital content creation for books and exam questions, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.
- Create and distribute marketing materials using platforms such as Mailchimp and Campaign Monitor, while also maintaining and updating social media channels.
- Administer the marketing campaign calendar, coordinating inputs from stakeholders and ensuring accurate verification and sign-off processes.
- Aid in monitoring and evaluating campaign effectiveness, providing insights for future improvements.
- Maintain the company database and website, ensuring content accuracy and relevance.
- Respond to lead inquiries generated through various channels, including Google AdWords and lead capture landing pages.
- Implement and manage social media marketing initiatives across platforms including blogs, Google AdWords, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Assist in sourcing leads and expanding the contact database to support marketing efforts.
- Provide support for other digital media projects within the organization, including publications and exams.
