As a Marketing & Sales Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in collaborating with our Sales Executive and Executive Director to propel our marketing and sales efforts forward. Your primary objective will be to bolster our brand presence, enhance customer engagement, and facilitate seamless administrative support to optimize team productivity.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, coupled with familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
  • Knowledge or experience in building automation and email campaigns.
  • Understanding of content and project management systems.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated with a keenness to learn and embrace new challenges.
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive support to team members, prioritizing sales and marketing functions.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of dynamic marketing campaigns across diverse channels, notably social media and our CRM (HubSpot).
  • Coordinate the scheduling of emails, newsletters, company updates, and promotional offers. Assist in crafting digital campaigns and automated email sequences to nurture leads and foster robust client relationships.
  • Regularly update key digital platforms with compelling content tailored to resonate with our target audiences.
  • Monitor essential metrics and client feedback to continuously evaluate the efficacy of digital campaigns.
  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress within the CRM system.
  • Schedule and implement changes to existing and new sales campaigns, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
  • Compile and analyze client feedback to refine our sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Support the nurturing of existing and prospective leads and customers through various touchpoints along the client journey.
  • Promptly respond to ad-hoc inquiries and dispatch quotes to potential clients.
