Job Description

The Marketing and Design Admin provides essential support to the marketing team, ensuring that all projects, campaigns, and content initiatives are executed effectively and delivered on time. This role combines marketing administration, basic design tasks, and project coordination to help the team meet ongoing business objectives.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Fluent in English.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively.
  • Tech-savvy, experienced with multiple tech platforms, including Asana,
    GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, Slack, or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Interest in mastering Direct-Response Marketing.
  • Experience with Canva, social media scheduling platforms such as Metricool or Meta Scheduler, GHL or similar CRM/marketing automation tools like Infusionsoft, and WordPress.
Job Responsibilities
  • Marketing Admin:
    ● Assist with content production processes.
    ● Manage content & social media schedules and postings.
    ● Handle uploads, edits, and updates to blog, podcast, and video content
    pages.
    ● Perform simple edits to site pages.
    ● Support the production and scheduling of social media posts.
    ● Maintain content databases.
    ● Support marketing process documentation and research.
    ● Support miscellaneous marketing tasks as needed.
  • Email Admin:
    ● Load and test emails in the CRM system.
    ● Conduct QA checks on launch and funnel triggers, rules, and
    automations.
    ● Set up email campaigns and tags.
    ● Maintain tagging inventory.
  • Data & Reporting:
    ● Collect and report on marketing data.
    ● Provide weekly marketing initiative reports.
  • Project Coordination:
    ● Provide administrative support to project team members.
    ● Assist in project management through the Asana setup.
    ● Support larger projects and initiatives
  • Tech & Website:
    ● Support website content accuracy.
    ● Assist with database projects.
    ● Support onboarding new software.
    ● Create simple pages using templates.
    ● Edit and upload blog posts, podcast episodes, videos, and YouTube
    episodes.
