Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Resilience and persistence in handling rejection.
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to develop within a sales-oriented career.
Job Responsibilities
  • Initiate outbound calls to potential customers using provided lists or leads.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively articulate their benefits to prospects.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads by comprehending their needs and preferences.
  • Present product/service features and benefits persuasively, emphasizing their alignment with customer requirements.
  • Address customer inquiries and objections professionally and confidently.
  • Schedule appointments for interested prospects to engage with our sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales opportunities using CRM software.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance goals.
  • Adhere to telemarketing regulations and guidelines, including compliance with Do Not Call lists.
  • Provide constructive feedback to enhance marketing and sales strategies, contributing to team success and continuous improvement.
