Job Description

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying potential leads through various search engines, verifying their details, and organizing the data. Your role will involve cleaning up, formatting, and preparing comprehensive reports on the gathered information, and providing these findings to the business for further action.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Research and Analytical Skills – Strong ability to research and analyze information.
  • Database and Software Proficiency – Proficient in using property search engines, Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.
  • Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills – Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage large data sets.
  • Communication and Reporting Skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create detailed reports and present findings.
  • Time Management and Adaptability – Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly to new tools and systems.
  • Independence and Teamwork – Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactivity and Ethical Standards – Proactive, self-motivated, with strong ethical standards and a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Availability – Ability to work weekends, flexible hours, and holidays as needed.
  • Training is provided to ensure you are up to speed on the company’s processes
Job Responsibilities
  • Property Search CSV – Search leads from all states and compile into a CSV file.
  • Daily Leads Report – Tally leads total and send the report.
  • SA Court List – Download and publish data to the portal.
  • Off Market Leads Report – Collate off-market leads from Thursday to Sunday.
  • CSV for Google Maps – Collate leads for geo-tagging.
  • On Market Leads Report – Collate on-market leads.
  • Off Market Leads Report – Collate off-market leads from Monday to Wednesday.
  • WA Court List – Follow up and publish data.
  • Accumulated Leads List – Add monthly data to the master spreadsheet.
  • Search Engine Credits – Maintain and replenish search engine credits as needed.
  • Property Search CSV – Search leads lists from all states and compile into a CSV file.
  • Daily Leads Report – Tally leads total and send the report.
  • Ad hoc tasks may be assigned to ensure data accuracy.
  • Always use the company-provided VPN while working.
