We offer training and support throughout our service which includes graphic designed content.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Prior training in graphic design (university and/or design school)
- No prior professional graphic design experience required.
- Passion for graphic design and a willingness to learn.
- Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take direction and adapt to feedback.
- Portfolio showcasing personal or academic design projects.
- Interest and some experience in being active on social media platforms.
- Confidence in working in the backend of multiple social platforms. (training available but experience a plus)
- Confidence in navigating the backend of WordPress websites (training available).
- Skills in Social Media Optimization (SMO) & Social Media Marketing (SMM). (training available but experience a plus)
- Access to the current Adobe Design Suite (even student level) is a plus.
- Your own laptop would be a plus but not required for the role. If required, a new laptop would be provided.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the art director to create visually appealing graphics for various projects, including training reports (pdf), marketing materials, social media content, and website assets.
- Assist in brainstorming and developing creative concepts aligning with our brand identity.
- Learn and master design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality graphics and visuals. Learn & master Canva in order to collaborate with the team who work in Canva.
- Actively seek feedback from team members and incorporate it to continually enhance design skills.
- Organize and maintain design files, ensuring accessibility for the team.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to enhance skills.
- Uploading content (including provided captions, videos, etc as well as your own image/graphics) to social media platforms. This would be part of your daily schedule so interest and proficiency in social media is a plus for this role.
