Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Three to five years of professional graphic design experience.
- A strong passion for graphic design and a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in design software.
- Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Experience in digital marketing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take direction and adapt to feedback.
- Submission of a portfolio showcasing personal or academic design projects is required with the application.
Job Responsibilities
- Design Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visually appealing graphics and videos for various projects, including marketing materials, social media content, print materials, video graphics, event signage, magazine layouts, and website assets.
- Digital Marketing Support: Schedule and upload content on our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), monitor engagement, and work to enhance audience interaction.
- Software Proficiency: Demonstrate mastery of design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality visuals and graphics.
- Feedback Integration: Actively seek feedback from team members and incorporate it into your work to continually enhance your design skills.
- File Management: Organize and maintain design files to ensure easy accessibility for the team.
- Learning: Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to continually improve skills and contribute fresh ideas.
