Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years in providing desktop support for an international team and significant experience in Office 365 Administration.
- Strong grasp of enterprise security practices, including ISO27001 compliance.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell).
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 suite.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver multi-level (Level 1, 2, and 3) IT support to a diverse international user group, addressing both hardware and software issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Provide remote support, leveraging advanced tools and techniques to cater to the global workforce.
- Proactively manage user requests, resolve complex technical issues, and deliver training on system use and best practices.
- Customise and administer Office 365 to meet the unique needs of an international team, enhancing collaboration and productivity.
- Manage and maintain all aspects of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and endpoint devices, ensuring minimal downtime and high performance.
- Develop and implement system improvements and upgrades to support business growth and evolving user needs.
- Enforce stringent security measures, focusing on data protection and role-based access to safeguard sensitive information.
- Ensure that all operations comply with ISO27001, conducting internal audits, and maintaining documentation to uphold standards.
- Automate infrastructure tasks to streamline deployment and management processes, minimising manual intervention.
- Understand and anticipate the needs of a culturally diverse group of international users, ensuring responsive, effective, and culturally sensitive IT support.
- Develop user guides, documentation, and training materials tailored for varied technical proficiency levels.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors judiciously to minimise outsourcing while ensuring quality service delivery.
- Integrate vendor solutions when necessary, aligning them with internal processes to maintain security and compliance.
- Undertake all such incidental tasks consistent with the role, as is reasonably necessary for the proper performance of the responsibilities of the role.
- Representing the company’s interests.
