Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (MYOB, WRS)
- Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies in stock levels
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with warehouse staff and other departments
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Experience with stocktaking procedures and variance reporting
- Problem-solving skills, particularly in inventory discrepancies and cost management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Job Responsibilities
- Manage stock levels across multiple warehouse locations, including automated and manual stock building, custom orders, and stock transfers.
- Oversee rolling weekly, monthly, and quarterly stock takes for all warehouses; prepare and analyze variance reports and make necessary adjustments.
- Enter and update inventory data in MYOB, maintain accurate records in SharePoint, and manage the Labour Usage Report for factory labor.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, adjust average costs in MYOB, and implement solutions for efficient stock management.
- Coordinate with department supervisors and managers to ensure accurate time tracking, job card completion, and QA documentation.
- Provide daily End of Day reports to the supervisor and quarterly updates on completed tasks via Slack.
