Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in video editing, graphic design, and social media management.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and paid ad strategies.
- Ability to create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns for best performance.
- Experience with social media tools for scheduling, reporting, and analytics.
- Strong design skills for creating engaging social media materials (thumbnails, posts, ads, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and manage organic social media posts across Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement social media content plans that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Design and edit high-quality graphics and thumbnails for posts, ads, and campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.
- Plan, set up, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Optimize ad performance by analyzing key metrics and making necessary adjustments.
- Create engaging ad creatives, including videos and graphics.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media and paid ad campaigns.
- Design engaging visual content for posts, stories, and ads.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm content ideas aligned with marketing goals.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and messaging.
