The HR Service Specialist ensures the efficient and compliant management of employee records and HR documentation. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining accurate personnel files, assisting in the preparation and administration of employment contracts, coordinating with payroll service providers, and supporting the organization’s compliance with local labor laws and HR standards. The role provides essential support in the execution of HR management functions, focusing on operational excellence, data integrity, and timely HR services.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR or payroll-related role.
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws and HR legal practices.
- Proficiency in payroll systems, MS Office Suite and Google GSuite.
- Knowledge on HRIS is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Employee Records Management: Maintain and securely manage up-to-date employee records and HR databases, including contracts, personal information, and document tracking for validity and renewals.
- Payroll Support and Coordination: Support payroll processing by validating attendance data, coordinating with payroll providers, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- HR Contracts & Documentation: Prepare and manage employment documents—contracts, letters, and compliance requirements—in line with DOLE regulations and company policies.
- Compliance and HR Advisory Support: Monitor and apply labor law updates, support HR audits and inspections, and coordinate compliance requirements with management.
- HR Process Support: Handle onboarding and offboarding documentation, clearances, employee verification requests, COEs, and HR report preparation as needed.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
