Job Description
The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting and executing core human resources functions across the employee lifecycle, with a primary focus on the Concierge Team. This role is responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits support, compliance, training, engagement, and HR administration. The HR Generalist ensures HR policies and practices are implemented consistently while fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR or payroll-related role.
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws and HR legal practices.
- Proficiency in payroll systems, MS Office Suite and Google GSuite.
- Knowledge on HRIS is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Staffing: Support interview coordination, candidate selection, and onboarding to ensure smooth hiring and integration of new employees.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, support conflict resolution, and help maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Performance Management: Assist with performance reviews, goal setting, training initiatives, and disciplinary processes.
- Compensation and Benefits: Support salary administration, benefits coordination, and payroll assistance while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Compliance and Legal: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and proper maintenance of employee records.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and support employee growth and career development programs.
- Employee Engagement and Retention: Assist in engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and retention strategies.
- HR Administration and Strategy: Maintain HR systems, update policies, and prepare HR reports to support management decisions.
- Employee Exit and Offboarding: Manage exit interviews, offboarding processes, and separation documentation.
