Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance is an advantage (training will be provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Healthcare background or experience is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in monitoring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures.
  • Help prepare and maintain employee records and compliance documentation.
  • Support audits and reporting requirements.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and workplace guidelines.
  • Provide support in employee orientation and training on compliance topics.
  • Coordinate with HR staff on employee inquiries related to policies.
