Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance is an advantage (training will be provided).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Healthcare background or experience is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and procedures.
- Help prepare and maintain employee records and compliance documentation.
- Support audits and reporting requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and workplace guidelines.
- Provide support in employee orientation and training on compliance topics.
- Coordinate with HR staff on employee inquiries related to policies.
