This is a “Full Stack” growth role. As the Growth Marketing Lead, you will bridge our external advertising agency and our internal revenue goals. You will own the CRM, drive lead conversion, and ensure our brand is omnipresent across 7 social platforms.
This is a pivotal role in a growing Australian group. You will have the support of an external digital agency and a clear 90-day onboarding outcome plan. Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Experienced: You have 5+ years in digital marketing, ideally in property or high-ticket sales.
- Technical: You have proven mastery of CRM systems (ActiveCampaign) and automation tools.
- Data-Driven: You are a commercial thinker who is comfortable with numbers and performance KPIs.
- Hands-on: You are happy to script a video one hour and analyze a PPC dashboard the next.
- Self-Managed: You thrive in an environment with clear deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
- Funnel & Campaign Management: Brief our agency on messaging and monitor CPL/booked call metrics daily to ensure ROI.
- CRM & Automation Mastery: Own the ActiveCampaign CRM strategy, building email nurture sequences to ensure no lead goes cold.
- Social Content Engine: Coordinate and assist in daily posting across 7 platforms (FB, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, and Threads).
- Content Execution: Script short-form videos, repurpose long-form webinar clips, and manage the weekly content calendar.
- Performance Reporting: Provide monthly tracking on lead volume, database engagement, and social growth metrics.
