- Meta & Social Ads Expertise: Demonstrated experience planning and managing successful social media ad campaigns as top priority.
- Google Ads Know-How: Proven track record optimizing Google Ads, including Shopify site optimization.
- Analytical Mindset: Skilled at interpreting data and turning insights into actionable strategies.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Capable of juggling multiple initiatives while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate, share ideas, and bring fresh solutions to the table, while also thriving independently.
- Marketing Foundations: Solid understanding of marketing principles and digital best practices.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategize & Execute: Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant channels.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and leverage insights to boost ROI.
- Engaging Ad Copy: Create compelling ad copy that resonates with fashion-forward audiences and drives conversions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative and content teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging.
- Trend Monitoring: Keep up with digital marketing innovations and competitor activities, suggesting fresh ideas to stay ahead.
- Research & Management: Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and manage bids to ensure maximum visibility.
- Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports, sharing successes, challenges, and recommendations for continuous growth.
