Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and content management.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Conduct online research and gather relevant information as needed.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Handle data entry, organization, and management.
  • Assist with social media management and content scheduling.
  • Provide customer service support and address client inquiries.
  • Maintain digital filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
