We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant to support our team. This role involves managing website content, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing support to our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with technology, possess strong organizational skills, and have a keen eye for detail.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English language)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of content management systems (eg Silver stripe CMS)
  • Excellent accuracy with data input
  • Experience with resizing images
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
  • Experience using task management software (especially Asana).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Active campaign) is an advantage.
  • Basic html knowledge (nice to have)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Job Responsibilities
  • Loading new tours onto website
  • Ensure website content is kept up to date
  • Preparing images for use on the website and/or marketing purposes
  • Publishing supplied blog content
  • Keeping the website tour pricing and specials up to date
  • Ensuring content on affiliate websites is kept up to date
  • Preparing a monthly list of key specials
  • Maintaining the in-house image library
  • Data management – keep our databases up to date (in Active campaign)
  • Admin tasks for the marketing manager and managing director, assist with drafting presentations etc.
  • General office admin to support the marketing team and General Manager
